Caesar Salad Dressing - enough for one head of Romaine lettuce

6 Tbsp oil (I use way virgin olive oil)
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar (this was missing from the recipe for a while... sorry if it was lousy! Should be good now.)
2 egg yolks
2 capfulls of lemon juice
two dashes of Worcestershire Sauce (what a lousy spelling! Should be spelled Wooooooster)
two dashes of Tobasco
a couple of shakes of salt and pepper
two cloves of garlic - mash em up the easy way, with forks. None of those goofy presses!
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
anchovy paste - whatever you do, don't put this in the salad! It is evil and should only be used for hand-to-hand combat!

• Mix this up as close to serving time as possible. It can be refridgerated but it is better if you don't.
• dump it on the lettuce as close to serving time as possible. Make sure you put a bunch of bacon (real!) and croutons on as well. A little sprinkle of Parmesan on the top after tossing looks good too.
